Billy married the love of his life Kathy on August 11, 1982 but the first love of his life was the Lord and he lived a very God fearing life. He was very loved and will be greatly missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Ruby Louis; and two brothers, Robert Louis, and Grady Louis.

Billy is survived by his wife, Kathy Louis; his daughter, Krystal Louis and her fiance Caleb Price; granddaughter, Tracee Louis; two brother in laws, Don Minor and wife Lena, and Jimmy Minor and wife Susa; four brothers, Tommy, Richard, David, and Michael; three sisters, Jackki, Linda, and Kathryn; two sister in laws, Judy and Shirley; and numerous nieces and nephews.
